We do our best to deliver the goods to the correct address, however we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer. If goods are delayed due to this information being incorrect or incomplete, we are unable to offer any refund. Always ensure you supply us with a correct, complete delivery address including postcode.

Once delivery has been signed for at the given address, it is no longer the responsibility of Bubble ‘n‘ Squeak Balloons. If the goods are signed for by someone other than the recipient, but not passed on, we cannot take responsibility for this or offer any refund.

If you choose express delivery and your order is not delivered or an attempted delivery is not made on the day expected you will be entitled to a full refund of your delivery charge. Exceptions to this rule include, but are not limited to, noone being home to accept the delivery, your delivery being delayed by terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, incorrectly supplied address details, strikes, blockades, natural disasters industrial accidents and road accidents

Deliveries to hospitals can be problematic because patients often move from ward to ward, or are discharged.  However, many of these problems can be avoided by ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information about the ward that the recipient is in.

It is particularly important that you provide the full name of the recipient of the order as there can be several patients with the same name in the same hospital.  This can lead to errors in the delivery that are beyond our control.  Most hospitals do not allow drivers to take balloons, chocolates or other gifts directly to wards because of health and safety regulations and in such cases your items will be delivered to reception or post rooms. Some hospitals don't allow certain things to be brought into the wards, for example flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing an order as we can't be held responsible if your gift is refused by the hospital.

Returns:

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). In this instance you will have your payment returned. We will require all items that have been delivered to be posted back to us. (We will re-imburse any postage costs incurred). All goods need to be returned in a resaleable condition.
